July 6 was Leah's party at Dad's. We combined it with Kristina's celebration (her birthday is the 9th), too, so in addition to the "regular" group, Kristina's parents, sister, BIL and niece were all there.
I made a chocolate cake for Leah in the shape of a number 1.
Leah was not a fan. Guess I just have a daughter that doesn't like cake. (Huh?)
Then, we opened some gifts.
Not only did Kristina's mom (Heidi) and sister (Karin) get gifts for Leah (which was unnecessary & I didn't expect), but they got Lacey some things, too. Very sweet.
